国产废新闻纸脱墨工艺条件的优化

研究了碎浆工艺条件对国产废新闻纸脱墨的影响。结果表明，在碎浆过程中，机械能、热能和化学能三者的协同作用是废新闻纸有效脱墨的保证。废新闻纸的碎解宜采用中浓、中等转速、较短的碎浆时间和较高的碎浆温度。氢氧化钠和硅酸钠对于废新闻纸的有效脱墨是必需的；而亚硫酸钠和碳酸钠的效果较差；过氧化氢和脱墨剂分别对脱墨浆的白度提高和尘埃度降低有较大贡献。

Optimal Conditions for the Deinking of Domestic Old Newsprint

The effect of mechanical,thermal and chemical factors on the deinkability of domestic old newsprint was studied in this paper and the optimal deinking conditions were put forward.The synergy of chemical,mechanical and thermal effect was necessary for the deinking.A moderate mechanical force was needed in the deinking of the old newsprint to avoid the excess decrease in the size of ink detached,which would cause the reduction of brightness of the deinked pulp.High temperature was beneficial to the deinking of the old newsprint.The effects of deinking chemicals such as sodium hydroxide,sodium silicate,peroxide,deinking agent etc.were also evaluated and the optimal deinking conditions were obtained.
