| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究了解企业对电气自动化技术高技能人才的需求状况。结合专业发展要求，提出了高职院校实训基地的建设思路及管理方式。本文结合湖南工业职业技术学院电气自动化技术校内生产型实训基地建设的实践，论述了高职校内生产型实训基地的功能、定位、建设基本思路。
