| 摘 要： | 阐述了再制造设计和再制造性分配的概念及其之间的关系,建立了再制造性指标。针对常规再制造性分配方法如等值分配法、按失效率分配法、按价值率分配法等在具体再制造性分配过程中的不足,提出了一种基于模糊综合评价的系统再制造性分配方法,通过综合考虑多重评价指标,建立了系统再制造性分配模型。最后以某型号变速箱为例,结合所建立的再制造性分配模型,以可识别性、可修复性、耐磨性等属性为评价指标,实现了平均再制造费用的合理分配,从而验证了方法的有效性。
