摘    要:对已有的凸轮磨床进行分析,探讨凸轮加工误差的来源,对这些误差进行了分类,在磨削加工的加工误差中既有机床结构误差、,也有系统加工工艺误差,控制系统产生的误差等。着重研究了磨削加工中由于砂轮半径变化、X轴对刀误差、C轴对刀误差引起的凸轮轮廓偏差,还有通过建立几何模型,从数学角度说明了由此造成的影响,并对如何减小这类误差提供了解决措施,最后对凸轮与砂轮磨削时的弹性形变对凸轮加工精度地影响做了一定的分析。
