| 摘 要： | 专利技术推动科学技术进步,工程技术人员必须紧跟专利技术前沿。文中解释了专利技术对技术研发的重要参考价值,以及如何利用现有的专利技术。根据专利的准确分类号和涉及发明点的基础特征作为关键词,二者相与的集合就是本领域重要参考文献集合。再根据其他关键词进一步限定缩小到可浏览的范围,从而检索到重要参考价值的文献,最后通过专利权无效、工程项目查新和产品结构研发三个案例的具体检索技巧和结果分析来说明如何利用现有的专利技术。
