多轴车辆转向杆系刚柔耦合分析

摘    要:某采用机械式液压转向的多轴转向车辆,经常出现转向杆系损坏现象,为分析转向杆系损坏原因,进一步提高系统的可靠性,需要对其转向杆系进行结构动力分析。通过采用刚柔耦合分析方法,在ADAMS中建立了多轴转向系统传真模型,并将杆系主要刚性杆件替换为柔性体,通过刚柔耦合仿真分析得到转向杆系在转向时的应力分布云图,从而为设计改进提供帮助。

Abstract:A type of multi-axle steering vehicle,which adopts mechanical hydraulic steering system,often experiences damage of steering tie rods.To find the damage reason,it is required to analyze the structural dynamic of steering tie.Therefore a virtual prototype model of steering tie was built by adopting rigid-flexible coupling analysis in ADAMS,and its rigid member was replaced by the flexible body.Through Rigid-Flexible Coupling Analysis,stress distribution cloud chart of Steering Linkage can be obtained,which p...
