热喷涂用氧化钇球形粉末的制备

摘    要:采用喷雾烧结方法制备热喷涂用球形氧化钇粉末。对粉末喷雾料浆制备方法、喷雾方式对球形粉末性能的影响进行了一系列对比试验,并对以上工艺所得粉末进行表面形貌观测。结果证明,采用酸溶沉淀制备料浆、压力式喷雾方法制备出的球形氧化钇粉末松装密度可达1.51g/cm~3,流动性为52.19s/ 50g,可满足热喷涂需求。

Abstract:Globular yttria powders for thermal spraying were prepared by spray drying and sintering process.Effects of preparation of slurry and the manner of spray drying on powder performance were investigated. The globular powders were prepared by centrifugal spray drying and pressure spray drying,respectively. It is demonstrated that the powders prepared by wet method and pressure spray drying can be used for thermal spraying with loose density 1.51 g/cm~3 and liquidity 52.19 s/50g.
