P-C法涂覆提高结构钢耐蚀耐热性初探 |

摘 要: | 应用P-C法(Packk-Cementation)对中、低碳钢进行复合涂覆,用光学显微镜观察了涂层的形貌,初步探讨了中间金属和活化剂的配比。将涂覆后的试样进行盐水腐蚀和高温氧化试验,结果表明,普通碳素钢经P-C法涂覆后,具有优良的抗高温氧化和耐盐水侵蚀能力。

Abstract: | Medium and low carbon steels are coated by P-C method(Pack-Cementation).The morphology of coating is observed by using optical microscope.The proportion of masteralloy and activator is determined primarily.The testing results of corrosion in salt water and oxidation oxidation is improved significantly. |
