油页岩循环流化床炉膛内燃烧过程数值模拟

摘    要:针对1 MWTH循环流化床锅炉试验台设计,采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT6.3,对炉膛内流动、传热及燃烧进行数值模拟,对设计工况性能进行预测.结果表明:油页岩颗粒运动符合循环流化床锅炉"环一核"运动;油页岩颗粒在床层内不能燃尽,大部分挥发分在稀相区内燃烧,所以设计燃用油页岩循环流化床锅炉时,应适当增加炉膛高度并相应多布置些受热面.

Abstract:The computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) Fluent 6.3 software is employed to investigate numerically the flow field,heat transfer and combustion process in 1MWth circulation fluidized bed boiler,to predict the design of performance.The results show that oil-shale particles dynamic in circulation fluidized bed is in a-greement with Core-Annulus movement;all of the oil-shale particles are not burned in the bed,but in the firing upward bed,so oil shale circulating fluidized bed boiler is designed,and furnace heigh...
