摘    要:根据线性动力学理论 ,建立了齿轮耦合的转子 -轴承系统的运动方程。用数值分析方法 ,研究了齿轮传动比、压力角、螺旋角、齿轮位置、功率、轴承间隙比与宽径比对系统不平衡响应的影响。结果发现 ,除压力角外 ,其它参数对系统响应有明显影响 ,通过调整系统参数 ,可大大降低系统不平衡响应的幅值

Abstract:The governing equation of the motion of a geared rotor-bearing system is developed according to linear dynamic theory. By employing the numeric analysis method, the influence of speed ratio, pressure angle, helical angle, gears positions, power, clearance ratio, and width to diameter ratio of bearing, on the response of the system is investigated. It is found that, except for pressure angle, other parameters distinctly influence the response. By adjusting the parameters of the system, the amplitude of the mass unbalance response can be decreased enormously.
