摘    要:<正> 随着人们的膳食结构向着“三低”方向发展,全国糖果产销情况发生了明显变化,出现许多新的特点: 首先,在产品品种上,口味求新、求特、求营养,受欢迎的是一些甜度较低而果香浓郁、香型独特的产品。例如瑞士果汁糖,多种口味的果香保持了水果原味,还真正添加了果汁。而一些与疗效相结合的“药糖”,如润喉糖,上海市场上的药用润喉糖主要有金嗓子喉宝、喔喔爽

Sugarless Candy in China
Abstract:Today's consumers attach greater importance to quality of life. This accounts for the burgeoning markets for sugarless foods. Manufacturers are expected to supply products that are healthy while offering full, undiluted enjoyment. Where sweets are concerned, this translates into a growing market for products that are both gentle on teeth and low in calories - provided that they completely live up to expectations with regard to taste. Among consumers, we are witnessing greater quality awareness combined with the wish to stay physically fit and look one's best without sacrificing life's pleasures.
