钛酸钡PTC陶瓷的制备及显微分析

摘    要:利用柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法低温合成施主掺杂的BaTiO3粉体,在此基础上制备出Y、Sr掺杂的PTC陶瓷。最后用DTA、TGA对粉体合成的历程进行了分析,用SEM、TEM和EDS对Y、Sr掺杂陶瓷的晶粒大小、形貌、电畴以及Ca的影响进行了分析。

Abstract:In this paper the doped BaTiO. powder were synthesized at low temperature, the Y, Sr doped PTC ceramics were prepared. At last, the synthesis process of powders was analysised by DTA and TGA methods, the effect of Y and Sr on crystal size, microstructure, domain and the effect of Ca were analysised by SEM, TEM and EDS methods.
