摘    要:概述了应用于PCB多层板制作过程中的棕化工艺原理及棕化膜的结构,介绍几种能提高缓蚀性能和内层板之间结合力的常用缓蚀剂。重点介绍广东东硕科技有限公司应用于棕化液的新型缓蚀添加剂,包括6-羟基苯并三氮唑,2-巯基苯并噁唑,1-苯基-5-巯基-四氮唑,5-乙酰基苯并三氮唑,其中6-羟基苯并三氮唑是我公司自行合成、未见文献报道的新化合物,并首次应用于棕化液中。结果表明经含有新型缓蚀剂的棕化液处理后的板性能均能达到指标要求。

Abstract:Principle of brown oxide process which is applied in manufacturing PCB multilayer board and structure of brown oxide film is described in this paper. A few common inhibitors which can enhance bonding strength are also mentioned. The emphasis is the new inhibitor additives developed by Guangdong Toneset Science and Technology Ltd. Co. and used in brown oxide solution, including 6-hydroxybenzotriazole, 2-mercaptobenzoxazole, 1-phenyl-5- mercaptotetrazole, 5-acetyl-benzotriazole. 6-Hydroxybenzotriazole is a new compound synthesized by our company. It is applied to brown oxide solution for the first time. The results show the capacity of is excellent.
