微波辐射亚麻屑制活性炭的研究

摘    要:以亚麻屑为原料,采用微波辐射氯化锌法制备活性炭。研究了浸渍时间、氯化锌浓度、微波功率和辐射时间等因素对活性炭吸附性能和得率的影响。确定了用亚麻屑制备活性炭的最佳工艺条件:亚麻屑15g、浸渍时间24h、氯化锌浓度20%、微波功率600W、辐射时间12min。在该工艺条件下制备的活性炭其碘吸附值为1071.3mg/g、亚甲基蓝吸附值165mL/g、得率可达37.1%,均超过了国家标准一级产品的指标,且该工艺所需炭化活化时间为传统方法的1/30。

Abstract:Activated carbon was prepared from flax residue with zinc chloride (ZnCl_2) by microwave radiation.The effects of impregnating time,ZnCl_2 solution concentration,microwave power and activation time on the adsorption capability and yield of activated carbon were investigated.The optimum technology on preparation activated carbon with ZnCl_2 by microwave radiation was obtained as:flax residue 15 g,impregnating time 24 h,20% ZnCl_2 solution,microwave power 600 W,and radiation time 12 min which gave a yield of 37.1%.And the iodine adsorption value of the (activated) carbon was 1 071.3 mg/g,methylene blue adsorption value was 165 mL/g.The quality of activated carbon is better than the first grade product specified in the National Standard.The activation time of this process was 30 times as fast as the conventional heating process.
