湿法施工的旧房墙体节能改革技术研究

摘    要:在我国寒冷地区进行旧房墙体节能改造是必要的可行的。本文采用了一种湿作业方法进行旧房墙体节能改造。该法采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板为保温材料,以特制的金属固定件与原建筑墙体联结,以专门配制的砂浆材料喷射或抹灰,在保温表面形成覆盖层从而构成混凝土-苯板复合墙体。文中还提出了相应的复合墙体构造,给出了节点处理详图并在个试点工程中检验了方案的可行性。经过在足尺构件静态热工试验台上进行的测试表明,在寒冷地区传统490

Abstract:In this paper, the necessity of energy conservation retrieving for existing houses in cold regions and the upgrading method are discussed The polystyrene (PS) boards is selected as heat-insulating material, which is covered by shotcreting or plastering The cover is connected with the original wall by special fixing units The construction of the PS board-concrete composite wall and some special joint are given in detail Based on the thermal test, it is found that the proposed energy saving practice is very effective ,
