摘    要:进入90年代以来,世界各跨国石油公司竞相进行战略调整,力求提高公司的竞争能力。面临复杂多变,竞争激烈的国际环境和我国已成为石油进口国的情况,中国石油天然报总公司应实施跨国经营战略:有选择性地进行海外油气资源勘探开发,为我国的石油进口建立稳定的海外供应基地;通过石油上,下游一体化经营和“一揽子资源”输出,有选择性地进入国际油气资源市场,专业技术与劳务市场,油气产品市场;积极利用国内外资金,开展对外直

Abstract:Since the 1990' s, transnational petroleum enterprises have adjusted their strategy in order to raise competitive power on international market. Facing complex and competitive situation, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) must operate the following strategy: to carry out exploration and development for oil and gas resources overseas; to establish oversea oil supply base; to enter selectively resource oversea markets ; to invest foreign countries ; to organize modern enterprise group with a core of "oil company" and to combine an international union with foreign transnational companies . for the purpose of stepping into a doorway to international market.
