| 摘 要： | 文章对黄海DD6109K02F大客车进入冬季后发动机出现启动困难、在行驶过程中自行灭火、灭火后无法正常启动等现象进行了原因分析和故障排除,因油箱和输油泵之间需要很长一段输油管,而冬季柴油粘度增加,靠输油泵的吸附力不能满足喷油泵所需的油量,导致发动机不能正常的工作,所以在输油泵入口处安装电子泵,提高供油压力,并对电子泵的安装位置进行了分析,使司机可以快速的判断出故障部位,达到排除故障和维修方便的目的,使发动机能够正常工作。
