| 摘 要： | 电子鼻是一种新颖的模拟人的嗅觉来分析、识别和检测复杂嗅味和挥发性成份的仪器，通过人的鼻子和电子鼻的比较，详细介绍了电子鼻的基本原理和组成．通过对电子鼻与普通化学分析仪器的比较，了解电子鼻的应用领域．并列举了目前的一些应用．

| Abstract: | The electronic nose is a novel apparatus, which simulates human olfaction to analyze, identify and examine complex gas and volatility. Through an analogy between the human and the electronic olfactory systems, the fundamental principle and the composition of the electronic nose are well introduced. A comparison with instrument of common chemistry analysis reveals the electronic nose application field. Finally some applications of electronic nose to date are summarized. |
