| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the factors influenced the environment of real estate investment. According to the general principles of Fisher Criterion, the paper analyzes the environment of real estate investment. At last it explains how to apply the Fisher Criterion to the analysis of the environment of real estate investment by example, and it implies the rationality and superiority of the method. |
