汽油机冷却水套进水口方式设计

摘    要:冷却系统是汽油机正常工作的重要保证,传统方法实验方法测试冷却系统性能价格昂贵,使用受限。利用CFD软件,从速度场、表面换热系数分布、温度场三个方面对比了两种入水方式的水套冷却性能。相切式入水方式可以更好的组织冷却液的流动,减少涡流和死区的形成,从而能获得较好水套表面换热系数的分布,垂直入水方式冷却液流向比较混乱,表面换热系数分布不均,影响了其冷却性能的发挥。总体来讲,相切入水方式要优于垂直入水方式。

Abstract:Cooling system is one of the most important subsystem of Gasoline Engine,in traditional,its cooling performance can be only analyzed by experimental method,which is too expensive to be wildly used in industry. Based on results of velocity field,surface heat transfer coefficient,cooling water temperature,compare between two cooling jackets designed for the same gasoline engine was made.
