梯度涂层刀片切削过程的Deform仿真

摘    要:在涂层前,对基体做梯度处理,可以阻止热应力引起的裂纹的扩展,提高刀具的强度,韧性和切削性能,本文建立了具有富钴梯度结构的涂层硬质合金刀片的数值模型,利用Deform 3D软件对有无梯度富钴层的两种刀片的切削过程进行了计算机仿真。增加富钴梯度结构后,切削力减小,刀片表面温度升高、但基体温度梯度更加收敛,刀具塑性变形减小同时切屑的有效应力、应变增大。仿真结果对刀具梯度结构的选择及设计具有参考价值。
