论宴会起源

关于宴会的起源,烹饪学界说法不一,但以宴会起源于祭祀说为主流。然而,宴会起源与人类社会发展史上的何种祭祀活动最为密切相关,目前尚无有关阐释。以祭祀宴飨、宗祠祭祖宴飨为切入点,通过追溯旧石器时代图腾文化,分析图腾起源是宗教起源、图腾崇拜就是最早的宗教形式成因,论证图腾与氏族社会组织的关系以及图腾圣餐的意义,推导出宴会起源于图腾祭祀、最初的宴会形式就是图腾圣餐的结论。

A New Idea of the Origin of Banquet

Diverse ideas about the origin of banquet can be found in cuisine circle, and the main stream is that it originates from ritual activities. However, relevant interpretations of which ritual activity in human history is closely related to the origin of banquet are not found. The paper starts from ritual feast and ancestral temple ritual feast, traces back to totem culture in the Old Stone Age, analyzes that religion stems from totem and totem worship leads to the earliest formation of religion and confirms the relationship between totem and clan society and the meaning of holy communion, which concludes that banquet originates from totem fete and the initial form of banquet is totem holy communion.
