| 摘 要： | 通过对当前市面上的无卤PCB产品和有卤PCB产品的相关物理、化学性能测试结果进行对比,分析了无卤PCB产品目前所能达到的质量和性能水平,总结无卤PCB产品相对较差的性能指标,并提出改善方向。
