| 摘 要： | 随着自动测试系统中软件系统的开放式体系结构和硬件的网络化的发展，测试信息和测试结果的控制、共享、记录和交换成为一个急待解决的问题。XML作为一种定义标记语言的元语言，常用于特定应用领域的数据交换。介绍了XML语言的优势，以及基于XML标记语言制定的自动测试标记语言（ATML）标准的现状。并通过用一个编程实例说明了在Lab-windows／CVI8．0中如何实现对XML文档的操作，有效地解决了自动测试系统中测试数据的记录与控制问题。
