耐高温聚硫代醚橡胶的合成研究

摘    要:以硫代二甘醇为单体,在催化剂作用下进行缩聚、转化反应,研究了催化剂种类和用量、官能度、反应时间、反应温度等因素对缩聚反应的影响,确定了缩聚、转化反应合成条件,在此工艺下合成的聚硫代醚橡胶配合的密封材料,50℃×48 h硫化后拉伸强度≥2.7 MPa,扯断伸长率≥300%;180℃×8h空气老化后拉伸强度≥1.8 MPa,扯断伸长率≥200%,邵A硬度≥35,非常适合应用于耐温性能要求高的领域.

Abstract:With thiodoglycol as monomer, under the action of catalyst, condensation and conversion reac- tion, Study kinds and dosage of catalyst, reaction time, functionality and other factors on the impact of conden- sation reaction. Determine condensation and conversion reaction condition. For sealing material synthesized from polythioether rubber,its tensile strength and elongation at break after 50 ℃×48 h curing was above 2. 7 MPa and above 300%. Its tensile strength and elongation at break after 180 ℃×8 h air aging was above 1.8 MPa and above 200 %, Shore A hardness more than 35. It's very suitable for field of high--temperature resistance.
