摘    要:采用了3种新的降解体系硝基苯-过氧化氢、过硫酸钾-丙醛和高碘酸制备液体天然橡胶(LNR),并与传统的降解剂苯肼进行了对比.通过正交实验考察了降解剂用量、温度、时间等对粘均相对分子质量(Mη)的影响,并通过红外光谱对降解后橡胶分子的结构进行了探讨,得到最佳降解体系.结果表明:高碘酸降解所得LNR结构单一稳定,当其用量为干胶质量的0.3%、30℃下反应6h可得到Mη为13 067的LNR,高碘酸是最佳的天然橡胶降解剂.

Abstract:Nitrobenzene-hydrogen peroxide, potassium persulfate-propionaldehyde and periodic acid as three new type s of chemical degradation were adopted to prepare liquid natural rubber (LNR) and compared with the conventional one, phenyl hydrazine. The effects of the amount of oxidant, reaction temperature, reac tion time on the viscosity-average relative molecular mass (Mη)of LNR were investigated. The structure of LNR was discussed with ItL The results showed that the LNR with Mη=13 067 could be obtained when the amount of periodic acid was 0. 3 percent, under the conditions of 30 ℃ for 6h. And the structure of product is stability. So periodic acid is the most suitable for the preparation of LNR.
