摘    要:用溶胶凝胶法将TiO2负载于颗粒活性炭(AC)上,500℃焙烧得到TiO2/AC催化剂,用比表面积测定仪(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)和XRD表征其结构。在连续流反应器中以紫外灯为光源,光催化氧化处理阿奇霉素废水,并优化工艺参数。结果表明,在TiO2/AC中w(TiO2)=1.24%、pH=4,水力停留时间90 min条件下,阿奇霉素去除率≥94.1%,反应器连续运行240 h催化剂活性无明显下降。

Abstract:Activated carbon was loaded with TiO2 by sol-gel method,and then calcinated at 500 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen.TiO2/AC was characterized by means of BET,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and XRD.Photocatalytic oxidation of azithromycin with TiO2/AC was conducted in a continuous flow reactor with ultraviolet lamp as illuminant.The results show that the removal rate of azithromycin was not less than 94.1% under the conditions of w(TiO2) of TiO2/AC=1.24%,pH=4 and hydraulic retention time 90 min.After 240 hours′ continuous running,the catalytic activity of TiO2/AC exhibited no obvious decline.
