摘    要:通过对典型翼身融合整体框工艺方案的分析与论证,总结出一套翼身整体框的加工方法,并对切削用量、刀具及装夹方式的选择、零件的验收等方面进行了阐述。

Abstract:In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the machining process,a set of high speed machining technology for typical aluminum blended wing body integrated bulkhead is developed,and the cutting characters,selection of cutter and jigging method,advanced programming method,inspection are explained.
