空燃比PI控制与整车排放优化的研究

摘    要:阐述汽油机空燃比闭环PI控制的原理及方法,通过对已量产车型的电喷系统进行剖析,在降低车辆三元催化器成本的前提下,完成了整车空燃比PI控制的标定工作,使得整车排放满足国Ⅳ标准,建立了低成本微小型汽车整车空燃比闭环控制的标定策略及模型。试验结果表明,良好的空燃比闭环PI控制策略及模型,能够最大限度地提高三元催化器的转化效率,从而允许整车厂在满足国家排放法规的前提下,适当降生产低成本,并在一定范围内有效优化整车油耗。

Abstract:This paper explains the necessity of closed loop control of air/fuel ratio and its theory at the beginning.Then analyses the function of each variable as well as the method of PI control,we can see the powerful control and abundant calibration strategy.At last,we compare the λ fluctuation of PI control with open closed loop and show the effect of vehicle emission optimization via the test.
