摘 要: | 文章了讨论近年来大颗粒立方氮化硼(cBN)单晶的合成技术,指出了高温高压法制备大颗粒立方氮化硼(cBN)研究现状及存在的问题,并在此基础上指出了大颗粒cBN单晶制备技术的发展方向。
