| 摘 要： | 通过对机电专业学生顶岗实习考核的评价内容及评价方式的研究,确定了"校企共同综合评价"为考核评价的最佳方法,并在学生顶岗实习中进行运用,不但提高了学生顶岗实习的工作效率,防止了顶岗实习目的异化,同时完善了学校的成绩管理体系。

| Abstract: | According to the market requirements on ability and quality of personnel and our study on the evaluation content and way of student in fulltime practice,we specified a ’college –enterprise comprehensive evaluation’ as the best method of evaluation on students in fulltime practice in our college.Utilizing this evaluation system during the fulltime practice of students has not only increased the work efficiency of fulltime practice,but also prevented the purpose deviation of fulltime practice.Meanwhile,it also has perfected student’s performance administrative system of our college. |
