摘    要:针对挖掘机液压系统变量泵结构复杂、建立仿真模型比较困难的问题,提出了一种根据实验数据和控制方式建模的思想,在仿真软件AMEsim中分别建立了恒功率控制、负流量控制及压力切断控制的变量泵模型,并进行验证,在此基础上,建立了挖掘机回转油路仿真模型,通过仿真分析,证明这种建模方法准确有效,对挖掘机液压系统和元件的研究具有实用价值。

Study on Modeling Method of Hydraulic Excavator's Compound Control Pump

Abstract:According to the hydraulic system of the excavator pump structure is complex,establishing simulation model is difficult problem,and put forward a modeling ideas based on the experimental data and control methods.Based on this idea,Power control and negative control of hydraulic system and pressure cut-off control of variable pump model are established and verified in the simulation software AMEsim.On this basis,simulation model for slewing system of hydraulic excavator is established.Simulation analysis shows that this modeling method is accurate and effective,and there is practical value for research on hydraulic system of excavators and components.
