1000MW超超临界汽轮机转子锻件研制

国内1000MW级超超临界机组设计、制造和运行,在"十一五"期间已经取得国产化成功,但对于其中的核心锻件如高压、中压、低压转子等,一直未实现国产化;同时,国外对核心锻件的制造技术也采用严密封锁,拒绝相关的锻件制造技术的出口。上海重型机器厂有限公司通过自主创新,实现了MW级超超临界汽轮机转子锻件的制造技术突破,使MW级超超临界汽轮机转子锻件实现了国产化。

1000MW Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine Rotor Forgings Research and Manufacturing

The design,manufacturing and operation of domestic 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit have been successfully localized during "The 11th Five-year Plan".However,the core forging such as high pressure,middle pressure and low pressure rotors have huge difficulty in localization.Meanwhile,foreign countries keep high confidentiality to the manufacturing technology of the core forging and refuse the export of relative forging manufacturing technology.Shanghai Heavy Machinery Plant Co.,ltd has realized the technology break-through of 1000MW ultra-super critical steam turbine rotor forgings through independent innovation,which means the localization of 1000MW ultra-super critical steam turbine rotor forging has been accomplished.
