基于ANSYS的半移动式破碎站钢结构力学分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS软件对半移动式破碎站钢结构进行实体建模,按照其受载荷条件、材料性能建立有限元力学模型。通过两种不同工况对结构进行了理论分析计算,并进行了4阶模态分析,为半移动式破碎站的设计提供了可靠的理论依据,保证了设计的合理性,提高了设备的设计质量和使用安全性。

Abstract:ANSYS software was used to establish the solid model of the steel structure of a semi-mobile crusher station,and the finite element mechanical model was completed in accordance with its loading conditions and material properties.Theoretical analysis and calculation of the steel structure in two different conditions were carried out,and four-order modal analysis was conducted also.The study results provided reliable theoretical references for design of the semi-mobile crusher station,so as to improve the design soundness and quality as well as the safety of equipments.
