高炉喷吹煤性能研究及实践

摘    要:通过对喷吹煤性能的研究,优选可磨性好、反应性和燃烧率高,能够提高煤粉置换比的煤种来作为高炉的喷吹用煤,并安全实施了烟煤无烟煤混合喷吹,混喷比达到70%以上。确定了高炉提高煤比的技术和操作条件,创造条件逐步实施,在保证喷吹效果的前提下,高炉煤比不断提高。

Abstract:Based on quality control of burden materials, a easy-grinding coal with high reactivity and combustibility has been choose to improve the coal replacement ratio. The mixture injection of bituminous and anthracitic coal has been realized safely with a high mixture injection ratio of over 70%. The technology and operational conditions for increasing pulverized coal injection (PCI) rate have been developed with increasingly higher rate.
