摘    要:分析了槽电压和电流效率对铅电解直流电耗的影响因素,提出了控制合适的电解液酸铅比、提高电解液温度及循环速度、添加合适添加剂、加强阳极泥洗刷等来降低铅电解直流电耗的有效措施.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the main factors on Pb electrolytic winning. Working voltage and current efficiency plays an important role in D.C. consumption. D.C. sonsumption has the relation ship of direct ratio with working voltage and inverse proportion with current efficiency. Thus, it is effective to decrease working voltage or increase current efficiency. At the same time, Some other effective measures were put forward to reduce D.C. consumption of Pb electrolytic winning, such as appropriate the ratio of acid to Pb quality, temperature, circle rate, right additive washing and brush anode mud, and so on.
