| 摘 要： | 本文从小灵通短信业务的需求出发,参考语音呼叫前转业务提出了短信呼转业务的概念,并提出了3种可以实现短信呼转业务的方式,对每种方式涉及到的网络、设备的改造工作进行了讨论,并在最后提出了推荐的方案.
