电子战装备零件可靠性设计研究

摘    要:介绍了零件设计的可靠性及其理论,给出了零件可靠性设计模型。在假设应力和强度服从正态分布的条件下,讨论了零件可靠性设计的基本方法——应力-强度干涉模型及相关计算公式。

Abstract:In this paper, reliability design and its theory of accessory are introduced, the model of reliability design is presented. In the condition of assuming that stress and intensity obey normal distribution,the basic method of reliability design, stress-intensity interference model is discussed.
