悬雍垂腭咽成型术后并发症护理干预效果分析

目的：研究悬雍垂腭咽成型术后严重并发症护理要点，通过护理干预来减少并发症的发生。方法：选择2006至2007年两年悬雍垂腭咽成型术372例作为对照组，2008至2009年悬雍垂腭咽成型术405例作为实验组进行护理干预。结果：实验组在减少术后局部出血和呼吸意外并发症方面有较好的效果（P〈0．05）。结论：对悬雍垂腭咽成型术后严重并发症仔细的观察、及早的处理，可以减少患者致命性并发症如局部出血和呼吸意外的发生。

Effect analysis on nursing interventions in complications of uvulopalatopharyngoplasty

Purpose： To study the nursing key points in post - uvulopalatopharyngoplasty patients with severe eomplieations, and to reduce the complieatians by nursing interventions. Methods： 372 {from 2006 to 2007, eontrol group） and 405 （from 2008 to 2009, study group） eases who underwent uvulopalatopharyngoplasty were included in our study. Nursing interventions were adopted in the study group. Results： The study group had lower postoperative local bleeding and respiratory depression（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Carefully observation and early treatment can reduce the post - uvutopalatophasyngoplasty fatal complications such as local bleeding and respiratory depression.
