摘    要:光热治疗对生物组织温度的准确性和稳定性具有较高要求,针对该应用设计了基于ARM处理器和嵌入式Linux操作系统的LED光热治疗系统。系统包括光源模块、测温模块、LED驱动模块、微处理器模块及人际交互模块。根据光热治疗的实际需要采用积分分离PID算法提高了治疗中组织温度的控制品质。选用离体组织样品进行光热治疗模拟实验,实验结果表明系统温度控制具有较低的调节时间和超调量,稳态误差为±0.5℃,能较好满足光热治疗对温度控制的要求。

Design of temperature controllable LED photothermal therapeutic system based on ARM

Abstract:In photothermal therapy the request for accuracy and stability of biological tissues' temperature is very high. For the application, this paper presents the design of a LED photothermal therapeutic system based on ARM processor and embedded Linux operating system. The system includes light source module, infrared thermometer module, LED drive module, microprocessor modtde and interpersonal interaction module. According to practical need, the control quality of tissue temperature is enhanced using the integral separation PID algorithm. The vitro tissue sample is selected in the photothermal therapy experiment. The experimental results show that the settling time and peak overshoot of the temperature control system arelow, and the steady - state error is ±0.5℃ The design can meet the requirement of temperature control in the photothermal therapy.
