摘    要:为了提高农村地区砌体房屋的抗震性能,进而提高农村地区抵御地震灾害的能力,通过对林甸县农村地区砌体房屋抗震性能的现场调查和典型房屋有限元分析,总结了该地区砌体结构房屋普遍存在的问题。结果表明:大多数房屋缺少抗震构造措施,容易造成局部破坏,其中山尖墙与屋盖之间的连接和纵横墙之间的连接以及墙角处是抗震的薄弱部位;提出的改善抗震性能的措施为农村砌体房屋建设提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the seismic behavior of the masonry building in rural areas,authors discussed the seismic behavior of masonry buildings in rural areas in Lindian County by field investigation and finite element analysis,and several key problems related to the seismic behavior of masonry structure buildings were summarized.Results show that most of the masonry structures are constructed without seismic measures,which will be prone to local failure when they are subjected to earthquake ground motion.Several parts are weak to resist earthquakes such as the connection between the gale and the roof,the connection between the longitudinal and lateral walls,and the corners of the structure.Base on the observation and analytical results,several seismic measures to improve the seismic behavior of masonry buildings in rural areas are proposed,which can give reference for the seismic design of this kind of structure.
