摘    要:针对Q345B热轧板在拉伸试验中出现延伸率不合格的问题,采用化学成分分析和金相分析方法进行分析,结果为钢板中严重的夹杂物、级别较高的带状组织、较高的含碳量导致钢板的延伸率不合格。

Abstract:Unqualified elongation issue of Q345B hot rolled plate in elongation test has been analyzed by applying chemical composition analysis and metallographic analysis , the result was that serious inclusions , higher grade banded structure and higher carbon content leaded to unqualified elongation of steel plate .
