摘    要:介绍了用于加工发动机机体工艺基准面和工艺定位销孔的数控专机的设计思想。以简约、高效为原则,通过合理设计机床整体布局和巧妙的夹具结构,制造出了完全符合工艺要求,满足用户需要的机床。

Abstract:Design thoughts of numerical control special machine used for processing technical datum level and po -sitioning pin hole of engine body have been described .On the principle of brief and high efficiency , and through rea-sonable design of general arrangement and excellent fixture configuration , the machine has been manufactured , which could achieve technical standard and customers ’need.
