摘    要:快锻压机在锻造过程中对锻件厚度的自动控制是基于工业以太网的控制系统,主要包括控制计算机、快锻控制阀模块、PLC电气控制模块、锻件厚度实时检测系统。控制计算机负责压机与锻件厚度实时检测系统以及操作机的手动、自动及联动控制,PLC电气控制模块负责系统网络的管理和协调,网络I/O模块负责各种现场信号数据的输入/输出。

Abstract:Automatic forging thickness control was implemented of fast forging press in the process of forging based on industrial Ethernet control system , which mainly includes control computer , fast forging control valve module , PLC electric control module and actual time detection system of forging thickness .Control computer is responsible for the control of manual, automatic and linkage among press , actual time detection system of forging and manipulator , PLC e-lectric control module operates management and coordination of system network , network I/O module carries out input/output of various scene signal data .
