基于 Pro/E 和 CFD 计算大型造船门式起重机风载荷

摘    要:利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立大型造船门式起重机模型,网格化后导入流体动力学CFD软件中计算造船门式起重机的风载荷。与依据《起重机设计规范》( GB/T3811-2008)计算的风载荷值相比较,发现《起重机设计规范》计算的数值偏于保守和系数取值过大,某些局部风载荷增大情况不能准确的反映。该计算方法为大型门式起重机设计提供参考。

Abstract:Heavy duty shipbuilding gantry crane model has been established by dealing with 3D modeling software Pro/E and after gridding and quoting fluid dynamics CFD software , wind load of shipbuilding gantry crane has been calculated .Comparing with wind load values calculated according to Design Specification of Crane ( GB/T3811-2008),it found that values from the Specification tended to be conservative and coefficient was excessive and some local wind load increment was not exact , therefore the method provided in the paper could offer reference for heavy duty gan-try crane design.
