| 摘 要： | 阐述了LCD从设计到工艺及各种原材料的选材对显示效果的影响。着重分析了LCD三大主材之一的偏振片特性，并且根据偏振片特性，对全息膜、TDF／RDF膜、PG系列偏振片的性能和结构进行了比较实验。结合实际生产得到了以下结论：满足客户的不同需求，必须提高选择点与非选点的反差，从主材的择优选取、工艺设计等方面提高器件的对比度。
