人才甄选的多层次熵值评价方法

摘    要:作为企业人力资源管理的核心内容,人才甄选至关重要.传统的人才甄选评价方法越来越受到各方面的质疑.本文引入熵值法对权系数进行客观赋值,建立了人才甄选的多层次熵值评价模型.通过反应指标信息熵值的效用价值,熵值法避免了权重的主观色彩,且充分利用了被评对象的指标信息量,弥补了传统综合评价法的缺陷,实证检验结果表明该方法的应用具有较强的实用性和可靠性.

Abstract:Intellectual selection as a core content of human resources management of enterprises is pretty important.The traditional intellectual selection method is disbelieved by people.This paper objectively evaluated the weight-coefficient by introducing entropy-value method,establishing a multi-hierarchy entropy-value evaluating model of intellectual selection.Through reflecting the effect value of indexes' information entropy-value,entropy-value method has avoided subjective sense of weight-coefficient and taken into account the index communication among the evaluated objects in evaluating the weight,and it mends the shortage of traditional comprehensive evaluation methods.Finally with an example the practicability and dependability of this method are illustrated.
