摘    要:从啮合原理出发,阐述了少齿差内锥齿轮副大轮采用成形刨削、小轮采用鼓形修正的刨齿方法.根据二阶齿面展成理论,引入轮位修正、床位和创刀横向调整,将小轮齿面修形,与大轮齿面实现失配啮合,有利于提高少齿差内锥齿轮副的齿面接触质量.

Abstract:In this article, based on the principle of engagement, the processing methods of internal bevel gear pairs are expounded, namely, the big gear is processed by the method of forming shapping and the small gear is processed growing corrdcting of tooth prfile. According to the second-order surface generation theory,the correction of the bevel gear's position, the horizontal adiustment of the machine tools position and planing cutter are cited so as to correct small gear profile, and then, the meshingperformance of the bevel gear pairs with few teeth difference is greatly improved.
