| 摘 要： | 本文论述了电信运营商进行IP VPN网络建设的必要性，并从技术的角度分析了基于网络型的VPN与基于用户设备型的IP VPN的区别。同时分析了MPLS/VPN网络在电信运营网络中实现的方法、路由的选择以及用户的接入方式，为电信运营商开展MPLS/VPN业务提供建设性的建议。
