赤泥轻质保温材料的试验研究

摘    要:以赤泥、粉煤灰、膨润土等为主要原料,掺加一定量的泡沫及成孔剂,经可塑成型、焙烧等工艺制备了一种轻质保温材料。研究焙烧温度对其强度、密度等性能的影响,并探讨其烧结机理。结果表明,试验确定最佳配比为:赤泥60%,粉煤灰20%,膨润土20%;最佳焙烧温度为1100℃,最佳试样的密度为665kg/m3,抗折、抗压强度分别为6.2MPa、7.6MPa。

Abstract:By the technology of shaping and calcination, a lightweight insulation material is prepared with red mud, fly ash and bentonite as main raw materials, and mixed with a certain amount of foam and pore-forming agent. The firing mechanism and the influence of calcination temperature on the strength and density of sample are studied. The results show that the optimal ratio is 60 % of red mud, 20 % of fly ash, and 20 % of bentonite; the optimal calcination temperature is 1100 ℃; the optimal density is 665 kg/m^3; and the compressive and flexural strength are 7.6 MPa and 6.2 MPa.
